In business since 2004, The Brew Ha! espresso cafe is owned and operated by Monica Milholland with the help of a great staff of Baristas and bakers. What is the driving philosophy of the cafe?  “Quality is the top priority.”

To insure top quality coffees the Brew Ha! has coffee beans roasted fresh, weekly, by a local roaster. All products used in the espresso and chai drinks have been carefully tested and recipes formulated to provide the best flavor profile possible. Temperatures are monitored carefully. Many customers have made comments such as, “This is the best Mocha . . . Caramel Macchiato . . . Chai . . . I have ever had!”

Products for the cafe menu where chosen for flavor and freshness. The Fort Wayne food critic said the Zucchini pie was “(good enough) to die for” and the Tuna Melt was, “The best I have had other than in my own kitchen.”  Salads and sandwiches are made to order. Most pastries are home made.

The Brew Ha! coffee beans can be purchased, whole or ground, by the pound or half pound.  The variety of beans on hand changes weekly but special orders are accepted for any of the available flavors from South America, Africa, the Pacific Rim, Hawaii or Eastern Asia. The rule of hand is, “only purchase enough beans to last for a week.” After a week the beans start loosing their freshness and quality even if frozen.

The Brew Ha! offers teas from Twinings of England and from The Republic of Tea. Both companies are considered the peak of quality in their field. Besides offering individual cups of tea the Brew Ha! sells retail tins of tea bags and loose tea along with tea and coffee supplies ranging from brew baskets and tea pots, to grinders and coffee presses. Republic of Tea tester bottles allow customers to smell different teas before purchasing.

Everything on the menu is available for carry out. In addition the Brew Ha! caters wrap trays, pastry trays, group salads and fruit trays.  Whole quiche can be purchased, hot or cold. Homemade whole cakes and tiramisu can also be ordered. Coffee is available in group size disposable dispensers. 

Since the Brew Ha! is closed to the public on Sunday afternoons and evenings individuals or groups can book the facility for parties, showers, or other events.  Call for details.

Don't Forget - We deliver to businesses and factories at lunchtime on Tuesdays and Thursdays for orders over $50.00. We offer a fax order form for businesses to use if they wish.
